WELCOME Everley Reese Reagan !!!!!
Our precious baby girl has arrived !!! Everley Reese was born on Tuesday, August 14th at 7:55 a.m. weighing 8 pounds 1 oz and was 19 3/4 inches long. She is simply gorgeous and so snuggly and sweet. She is a great eater and constantly wants to be held, which we don't mind one bit! Reilly and Avery are absolutely smitten with their little sister, and are always hovering over her. They always want to hold her, and check on her at every little whimper. They are not at all jealous, and are so gentle. They make us proud! We just love being a family of 5 !!

My SURPRISE Baby Shower Dinner
I have never had a Surprise Party in all my life, but for my sweet friends to throw me a Surprise BABY SHOWER was one of the most precious things ever. Keri, Jessica, and Kristina (aka Honey) are the absolute best ladies, and I couldn't imagine doing life without them. I can't ever express just how much it means that they all went to so much trouble for me, and made this special time in my life that much more memorable.
I cherish all of the ladies who were able to come out and celebrate with us on a Thursday night, and am so grateful for their generosity and excitement over our new little one on the way.
Here's the slideshow !!

Fencing... En Guard !!!
Reilly was really excited to start his fencing class, since he's always been into swordplay. Must be a boy thing, since a foam sword has been one of his favorite toys for years. It really captures his imagination, when he's a knight yielding his sword. I was curious to see how that would translate in a more structured environment. And, the first few classes were a little rough. He had no interest whatsoever in "boring" drills and basics. He was under the impression that he would be whacking another kid with a sword on day one. Umm... not so.
After his expectations and attitude were adjusted, I was so very proud to see him SHINE.
His form and technique were excellent, even after only a few classes. And the accuracy of what he retained was impressive. He won 4 out of 5 matches, against some much bigger boys.
It is staggering, the pride you can feel in your children when they try their very best. But then it can absolutely blow you away when they do their best and then EXCEL !! We've got some work to do on Reilly's attitude regarding the things he deems unnecessary, after which it could be amazing what he could achieve!
Sister was super proud too! Great job Reilly Bear!
Swim Lessons
Avery ADORED swim lessons, and her instructor, Miss Kendall. It broke my heart when she cried every day when class was over, and she had to get out of the pool.
Cute little fish... They learned some valuable lessons, especially floating on their backs, and putting their faces into the water.
Our little mermaid was the fearless one. Her instructor was so glad to have her in the class since she would try anything, and the others (who were a little timid) would follow her lead.
I'm pretty sure she'll remember this forever.
Tae Kwon Do
Reilly (back row in the blue shirt) took some Tae Kwon Do classes this summer, and showed some natural talent. (He gets that from his Daddy, who happens to be inherently great at everything he attempts.)
However, Reilly was definitely not a fan of all the structure and discipline. He likes to do his own thing, so following instructions so closely was a challenge nearly impossible for him. He couldn't stand the monotony of the stretching especially. ha!
Not sure if he'll be interested in trying more martial arts, but his next challenge will be a fencing class... Stay tuned.
4D Sonogram @ 31 Weeks
This was the best picture we could get ! Our little snuggler had her face pressed up against the placenta, so we could barely see her. And I suppose she was really comfy, since she pretty much refused to move from her spot.
We got this sweet picture of her profile though, which I had always wanted with all 3 of the babies, but this was the first we've ever been able to get!
Goodness sakes, is there anything more precious ??!!
Princess Dress Up
Wait... Snow White has a cell phone?
Snow White & Belle... this is such a picture of innocence.
Love these girls, and the sweet bond they share.
Naptime
Avery loves when Bubba reads her books before naptime.
And some sweet snuggles that sometimes follow... this does a Momma's heart good.
I like this SO much better than the fighting/bickering/arguing/screaming !!!!
Dress Like A Cow Day
This was our 3rd year to participate in Chick-fil-A's Dress Like a Cow day !! We dress the kids up like little cows, and they get free food !! We love us some Chick-fil-A !!
Love when our BFFs can join us too !!
Dolls & Braids
Avery asked me to do something with Rapunzel's hair, since it was looking a bit crazy. I tried a braid, and she thought it was fantastic. She couldn't wait for me to try it on her hair. So, here is Avery's very first braid!
So excited that her hair is finally long enough (and she is patient enough to sit still) for this !!!
Shopping With Miss Avery
I introduced Avery to the fabulousness that is Charming Charlie. It was like a magical girly wonderland. She tried on hats, handbags, jewelry, and the showstopper... tiaras. It's like this place was made just for us.
That pose just comes naturally to this tiny beauty.
This girl can ROCK a cowgirl hat !
We both are looking forward to our new baby girl joining in on the fun with us !!!!!
Frisco Mall
We visited Stonebriar Mall in Frisco, and found some awesome stuff. Avery and I found a new sweets spot... Sugar Queen Cupcakes.
Why yes, that is a giant pink carriage behind us. That's 2 happy girly-girls with White Chocolate Strawberry flavored cupcakes.
And then the carousel, fantastic.
I have an odd feeling that we'll be back, despite the distance. ;)
