Ode to the iPod

I know that I'm probably the LAST person on the planet to receive one of these amazing little gadgets... but I am truly revelling in its awesomeness. It makes even a mundane task seem delightful. Clean the bathroom? Sure- with pleasure! Grocery shopping? Absolutely- with a smile! I loved hitting up the grocery store today, secretly enjoying MY music... (Isn't it funny how a song that truly speaks or applies to you in any way, suddenly gives you part ownership??) I love being in that private space inside my head, it makes me smile. Then, seeing the people around me wonder what I'm so happy about is fun too.
