Battle of the Books - from Jan. 2012

Reilly decided to try out for the Battle of the Books team at his school, and earned a perfect score on the qualifying test in order to make the team! Battle of the Books is a school district-wide competition in which the kids read and study a list of books, and form teams to answer difficult questions about said books. They worked so hard together for months to prepare for the competition, and performed so well. We were so proud of all their effort !!

His class made him a card that was really sweet...

It was a great experience for him, and he said he wants to try out again next year !!
